Bureau of Regulation & Enforcement

The Bureau of Regulation and Enforcement maintains eight regional offices throughout the State and provides application intake and licensing services for the Concealed Weapon Program and for the individuals and agencies licensed under Chapter 493, Florida Statutes. Additionally, Division of Licensing Investigators conduct compliance inspections, regulatory investigations, and complaint investigations for licensed and unlicensed persons regulated pursuant to Chapter 493, Florida Statutes.
